Happy New Year, Profit First Club!
Welcome to 2025! For those who are already our clients, we’ve got some exciting updates to share—spoiler alert: they’re included at no extra cost! If you’re not yet a client, there’s never been a better time to get in touch.
This year, my theme is “Less is More.” As business owners, it’s easy to get distracted by endless opportunities and trends, but the most successful businesses focus their energy on doing fewer things really well. For me, that means creating incredible value for our clients while keeping things simple. What’s your focus for 2025?
Reflecting on the past few years, I’m struck by how the challenges of COVID forced businesses to innovate. I saw bars switching to QR codes for ordering, restaurants launching efficient takeaway services, and non-tech businesses adopting automation and productivity tools. These changes, born out of necessity, made many businesses leaner, more efficient, and better positioned for the future.
But here’s the key question: why wait for a crisis to drive innovation? Instead of being forced to adapt, why not intentionally embrace change to build a stronger, more profitable business? This is where Profit First can be a game-changer—it’s a system that forces you to prioritise profit from day one. By planning for profit and intentionally creating the cash flow you need, you can make bold changes on your own terms, not when your hand is forced.
I am incredibly passionate about this. Profit First has transformed my own business, and I’ve seen it transform many others. It has the power to change your life too. Don’t wait. Don’t let the economy, the world climate, or anything else dictate how successful you are. I urge you to be proactive and do everything you can to take control of your business. I promise you, fully embracing Profit First is one of the most powerful things you can do.
