This week, I discussed the No-Bypass Policy with a coaching client. It’s about establishing a clear team hierarchy to prevent being a bottleneck. By not bypassing your appointed managers or allowing team members to go over their heads to reach you, you empower your team and reduce your direct involvement, paving the way for a business that truly runs without you.

3️⃣ TikTok of the Week

This week's top TikTok tax tip covers a common question: Can I split my company or set up a second limited company to avoid VAT registration? The short answer is, 99 times out of 100, no. If you're setting up another company just to dodge VAT, HMRC won't consider it legal. There are some exceptions, like when the businesses are completely different, but if they’re connected, it’s unlikely to work. And just because your mate Dave at the pub got away with it doesn’t make it legit—he’d likely be in trouble during a VAT investigation.

4️⃣ Faith in the Consistency of a PROVEN System🔥

Sometimes, we might have doubts or feel unsure about how a system works. We don’t always need to understand all the details for it to work. Take the gym, for example: if you lift weights and eat enough protein, you’re going to build muscle. You don’t need to fully grasp the science behind it, you just know it works. The same goes for Profit First. If you stick with the system, stay consistent, and follow the plan, it simply works.
